The latest poll results:
Bustamante: 30%
Schwarzenegger: 25%
McClintock: 18%
I think McClintock is right to stay in the race and see if he can overtake Schwarzenegger. But when we get within a week or two of the election, if McClintock still trails substantially, he will have the opportunity to dramatically withdraw from the race, and throw his support to Schwarzenegger. This would assure victory to Schwarzenegger. If McClintock times it just right, he’d be considered a hero. It would be powerful launch for whatever he wishes to do next.

Dean has made this statement:
“There is a war going on in the Middle East, and members of Hamas are soldiers in that war,” Dean said Wednesday.Dean condemned terrorism but his description of Hamas designated by the United States as a terrorist group as “soldiers in a war” conflicts with U.S. policy. The European Union also approved last week the designation of Hamas as a terrorist organization.
Dean finds there is no distinction between those who target women and children non-combatants, and those who target only killers. The offensiveness in this, the very week of September 11th, is inescapable.
