You know what really bugs me about all those pictures of John Kerry surfing and playing sports? This is a time when terrorists are killing civilians in Russia, Iraq and elsewhere, and are looking for any way they can to get into the U.S. and kill more of our civilians on our soil. Why does Kerry’s campaign choose to portray him playing sports at a time like this?
They’re just pictures, and anybody can be photographed at a bad moment. But Teresa really does say many unpleasant things. She really does seem to be grimacing when kissed by her husband—in public—at a time when he’s running for the Presidency. And the photo of Kerry with his snow board, or whatever sporting equipment that is, is no different from many others his campaign has intentionally put out there via planned photo ops.

With a big Hat Tip to Sal.
Update 9-26-04: Hat Tip to Dave Wahl for the great football photos, just added!
