THANK GOD NASA IS PROTECTING US AGAINST ADS IN SPACE. Can you imagine looking up to see the night stars, and seeing some brand advertising floating around? Nasa is making sure it doesn’t happen. Oddly, the author of the linked Newsweek story, tries to sell people on the notion that ads in space would be a good thing. No doubt, if they were permitted, the same author would write a story slamming Nasa for letting it happen.

THERE IS NO EVIDENCE AT THIS TIME THAT THE SO-CALLED ‘DOWNING STREET MEMO’ EVER EXISTED. The reporter who came up with it is claiming he doesn’t have the original—only copies of it he says he manually retyped. He says he destroyed the originals! You couldn’t make this stuff up.
