An article in something describing itself as ‘the leading Arabic International Daily’ notably does not condemn Al Qaeda, but describes this week’s attacks on London as being very damaging to that terrorist organization:
Perhaps the greatest mistake al Qaeda committed in its short history was attacking US cities on September 11, 2001 . This marked the beginning of a global war on terrorism that engulfed all the major capitals around the world, especially Baghdad and Kabul .
The terrorist operation in London on Thursday is the latest in a series of errors carried out by al Qaeda.
...This latest attack only serves US and British interests and encourages those who have been demanding an extensive and bold international effort against terrorism. It weakens considerably the already fragile positions of France and Germany and forces their governments to join forces with any future alliance against fighting terror.
In particular, this week’s attacks have harmed the Islamic presence across Europe , especially in Britain where civil liberties protect those who support terrorism, even turning a blind eye to celebrations of violence and the presence of al Qaeda operatives.
...International terrorism faces a real problem. In Iraq , the continuous killing of civilians is encouraging people to reject violence. Globally, the international alliance against terrorism is becoming stronger and previously neutral governments are joining it. Undoubtedly, these developments are not in al Qaeda’s best interests.
Many have discussed the “disgraceful” and “poisonous” comments of British MP George Galloway, calling for England to accede to the intimidation of the terrorists and withdraw troops from Iraq. Few here have noted that Galloway was elected in a district that has ‘a huge Muslim population.’ Galloway won his seat in part by appealing to the Muslim vote.
Because England made the tragic error of permitting massive immigration of Muslims, many of whom refuse to assimilate and explicitly or tacitly support the terrorist killings of British civilians, Galloway’s district has enough people in it with such views, to have elected an MP who supports the terrorists by calling for England to accede to the terrorists’ demands.
What this means to the U.S.: in order to avoid the possibility of similar effects on politics here, it is advisable to curtail immigration to the U.S. from Muslim nations until the war on terror is over.
“WHERE THERE IS NO VISION, THE PEOPLE PERISH.” I’m not personally religious in any traditional sense of the word. But, as I’ve blogged previously, I have no doubt that there is something to which the word God refers that does exist.
I find the following juxtaposition interesting. First, a quote from the Bible:
Proverbs 29:18 “Where there is no vision, the people perish: but he that keepeth the law, happy is he.” The word “vision” in Hebrew is chazown which can be translated: vision, oracle, prophecy (divine communication).
The fatal flaw of Britain’s and Europe’s establishment today is not just its shameless worship at the altar of statism; rather, it is its failure to defend the region’s historic, Christian-nurtured culture (the West) against Islamic-nurtured culture (the East). By liberally and uncritically opening its borders to millions of fanatical immigrant religionists, all Europe (including the insular Brits) flirts with actual cultural suicide.
...The math is simple: To sustain any population, a woman on average must bear 2.1 children. Yet, in Europe the overall rate of 1.5 children per woman is one-third short of the level needed for replacement; in Briton, the rate is only slightly better, 1.6 per native U.K. woman (compared with a rollicking 6.0 births for an immigrant Islamic woman).
The Bible provides a wealth of human experience. This appears to be an example. Having turned its back on the Judeo-Christian tradition, the European population is vanishing due to an insufficiently high birthrate.
Europe must immediately instate tax policies and other government policies to reward married couples who give birth to more than 2 children.
