"We're really blessed in this country to have the Judeo-Christian tradition of wanting to love each other and help each other have better lives and to enjoy life and be good to each other. As opposed to the tradition of some Islamofascist localities where they do the reverse - sending their own children off to be blown up."

Video: Iraqi General Georges Sada Describes Saddam’s Decision to Hide the WMDs

Yesterday Iraqi General Georges Sada spoke at the Wednesday Morning Club in Los Angeles. I got some video of him describing his first-hand experience with regard to Saddam's decision to hide the Iraqi WMDs.

(Click picture to play QuickTime version.)

(Or, click here to play the Windows Media Player version.)

The video was captured using a camera that's primarily used for still photographs. But even so, the General's personality comes through in a way it never could from a written transcript.

At the moment, there's no independent corroboration of Sada's description of events. Video such as this lets us begin to form an impression of his personality so as to help us evaluate his statements.

General Sada is the author of Saddam's Secrets: How an Iraqi General Defied And Survived Saddam Hussein.

I attended General George Sada's presentation tonight (May 2nd, 2006) in Tulsa, Oklahoma with the Terry Law Ministry; World Compassion. This man is for real and a genuine champion for Christianity. He served as a truthful advisor to Saddam even when it meant to disagree with him at the risk of his own life.

Britain has already honored this man many times with awards for his actions that directly prevented the use of chemical weapons on Israel, and for his actions that saved the lives of many pilots that were downed during the Gulf War. The man is amazing and compelling to listen to.

I couldn't imagine going head-to-head with Saddam or his savage sons to make them honor the rules of the Geneva Convention.

Welcome, David, and thanks for your thoughts on General Sada. BTW, did you find this site via a google search?

Thank you Vik. Yes, I stumbled across this site via the Google search engine while looking for video clips of Georges Sada.

I was pleased to discover that your site is designed around some of the most important topics to be currently considered in the relationship of the United States and the rest of the World. I certainly look forward to visiting the other links here and providing additional input in the future.

Thank you for posting the information about Georges Sada. Do you have any information about what contact the conservatives Senators & congressmen or the President and his staff have had with Georges Sada? It seems that the corroboration of what Sada is saying could be so helpful with the President's desperate battles concerning the WMDs, deception, etc. in Iraq. I had heard some months ago that the Senate was doing an investigation that was to include Georges Sada? Has anyone heard what became of that Senate investigation? Anyway, thank you for sharing the information and video. I enjoyed the book very much. Tracy

You're very welcome, Tracy, and welcome to the site! I don't have the additional information you ask about at this time, but if you find it, please post it here.

I am also most interested in an answer to Tracy's questions to you as noted above. I have never believed that Iraq did not have WMD's prior to the war. However, the media, etc., seems to have convinced the general population within our country, including my children, that it was all a hoax and that we have the worst President in history. I disagree!! At some future time these 'deaf and blind' individuals will be changing their mind (that may begin to occur in January, 2009). I am an individual who has experienced wars since WWII (though fairly young then), but actively involved in war since and my empathy and compassion is extended to all. It is my sincere hope and prayer that 'all' Americans and the rest of the world will begin to realize what the facts of the Iraq situation REALLY are and to support those in charge who are making a concerted effort to keep terrorism where it is and away from the soils of those who are not involved in it.

Hello I saw a talk show on daystar with General Sada on that show he talkd about the weapons that were taken out of Iraq to syria. He said that he gave the names of the pilots who flew the missions to the US goverment.

When they sent people to interview the pilots the pilots told them taht if they said anything that they would be killed, so with no eye witiness the investgastion has been stalled

I have read General Georges book, "Saddams Secrets"  it is an amazing book!  It brings you on Saddams inside, and totally validates the Coalition Forces.  The Iraque people needed freedom from this man.  After reading the book I wanted to Google General Georges to make sure he was for real after the way I felt after reading the book.  I'm so glad he is for real.  A true saint.

General Georges Sada is a true patriot, a mighty warrior, a fearless fighter. He has done so much to preserve Freedom and Truth at such a critical time of our world. I know he will live on as one of the greatest commanders not only in the modern world but in the history of mankind! Gen. Sada, I saw you speak yesterday in Vancouver--you were awesome! God bless you, sir!

Just for the record, I can confirm that every word that General Sada says about Iraq's WMD being transported into Syria is true.  I was there as a Civil Affairs Chief for the 101st Airborne Division from the beginning in 2003.  Every Iraqi you talked to in Northern Iraq could tell you in detail about the long convoys of tractor-trailers headed across the border into Syria immediately before the war.  It was no secret.  Why the Bush Administration eventually decided to dismiss it and ascede to the notion that Saddam had no WMD will forever be a mystery to me (as well as to most soldiers who served there in 2002-03, not to mention the thousands of Iraqis who can confirm it through personal knowledge).

Saddam and the Assad regime in Syria despised each other for decades. Syria was the only arab country to consistently back Iran during the Iran / Iraq war and Saddam would have known that to give any military technology to Syria would also be to share it with Iran. Anyone with the most basic understanding of middle east politics would realise that Sada's claims are self-serving and absurd.

He's dishing up what you neocons want to hear, now the monkey is gone from the White House.

I am listening to General George Sada on God TV in India just now and are very impressed with the testimony of this wonderful brother and who is not afraid to share his faith with the world.

I speak and preach Christ and present many seminars on National and International Terrosism, Indian affairs Internationally and my life in the Indian Army. I am proud of a fellow brotther who is so bold to tell about the Lord. My mother and father came from two major faiths of the East but I have had the wonderful privelege of serving my land India. I hope that one day when I am in Tulsa OK this year I will be able to share my experience with the people from South Asia and with those who would invite me to speak.

I heard General Sada's talk on The God Chanel and was vey impressed with what he said but surely if his comments can be verified  why is it not being presented at  Britains enquiry into the legality of the war in  Iraq now taking place in England

It is very strange why nothing is heard in the media etc. about Georges Sada`s book.

I read it a couple of years ago and tried to tell different news channels about his story but never got a reply!

There must be some reason why the powers that be are trying to keep it hushed up!

Ronald Ginther   on  04/11/10  at  11:30 PM   United States  #18

I just completed Gen. Georges Sada's

    book, "Saddam's Secrets," in

a matter of hours, and a couple sittings.

I got my copy from Amazom.com,

for less than $15, S and H too.

It was terrific, and much more than I

    expected.  His  personality comes through

    like a force of nature,

    a very strong, wise individual,

sensitive to the Spirit of God,

lover of man, lover of his country,

    lover of all peace-loving people

no matter what their faith or background.

Anyone who can read this book and

    be resistant to its message

    has a genuine heart problem!

It is a call from the Lord himself,

    and I was deeply touched.

    Thank you, Georges Sada!

He is making a great difference

in this world of hate and suspicion,

    and a true peace maker.

    Many others who claim that

title need to read his book!

How many times he put his life

on the line for peace and truth--

and God preserved his life, though

the outcome was so bleak each

    time!   Imagine, facing  off with

    an unpredictable predator like

    Saddam Hussein who did whatever

    he wanted--the world, his country,

and the Arabs be damned?  Truly, General

    Georges is a lion of

    God.  Assyrian Christian,

he does a lot to make up for the

    hideous crimes of his ancestors

    against God's people, the

    Israelites and Jews.   That alone

proves how the Gospel of Jesus

Christ and a heart relationship with

    Him can transform these

    dark, hateful, self-serving

    human hearts we  all inherited

from Adam.  As for the WMDs,

it is an academic question only.

The Kurds alone know Saddam demonstrated he had

    WMDs

    years before the Gulf Wars

and used them.  As for shipping

them out before he was caught

    red-handed with them--he wasn't

stupid, he was a genius of

    a kind, and despite

    differences between mutually

    suspicious despots of Iraq and

    Syria,  Syria has always

    been a safe haven for

    dictators and their

    evil works, ever since

    Bible Times.  That has

    never changed.   The Syrians

    themselves are victims

    of their regimes.  Assad's

    father committed genocide

on his own people, wiping out

    an entire city.

    I am concerned

the Syrian people will never get the

    chance to

    overthrow

    Assad II, and

    suffer worse things

    than what his father

    inflicted on them.

    Assyrian Christians have

    appeared on Christian TV

    before, on the 700 Club

    and TBN.  They are

    great champions of

    the Christian faith!

    We have Assyrian Christian

    churches in America--which

might be news to most of us.

They are blessing us all without

    our knowing it.  Remember the

    carvings at Nineveh?  They look

just like the ancient Assyrians too.

    Cheers, Ron Ginther

     This book ought to

    be in the hand of

    everyone in  America and

     Britain and

     Western

    Europe,

    not to mention,  the

    Middle East (which is

    the West's motherland, if

    we know our

    true history,

    and I only know because

    I did the reading

    on my own, no thanks

to all the schools and colleges

    I attended!).

     This is a call

    to all of us.

    There is some repetition

    in the writing, but

it just keeps getting better and better,

    keeping you tantalized for the

    full account of the

    incredible incidents

    being mentioned,

and you won't want to put it

    down, even after you

    finished it!  --Ron Ginther

I watched George Sada on GOD TV and notted that there is a need for violent people to take the kingdom of God by force and this man is an example

    In reply to the

question of  "uzyazini jere," it is no secret why the mainstream liberal media

do not even mention Georges Sada's book or

anything else about him, not even in passing.

It is that they know and practice assiduously

the old principle of mental tyrants:  "silence kills."

If they can keep silent on him,

he is killed, as a topic or issue, if not

as a person.   All it takes for me to depreciate or

    render you less influential,

is to treat you with such indifference that I don't

even mention your name to anybody or that you

had anything to say.  It works well in this world,

and the liberals use this method with a passion.

It isn't their weapon exclusively.  We all use

it to an extent.  It is defensive in a way, but it

can also be most unfair and unjust, as in

Georges Sada's case, who truly has something

most valuable and timely to say to the whole world,

    not just America.

Anyone who actually has followed the story knows the UN itself documented the WMD's in Iraq... The sad thing about how the left has spun the story is we STILL do not know what happened to them. THAT should have been investigated to its fullest and the UN and the countries... involved in the Food for Oil scam should have been held accountable. They convinced a large segment of society that they never were there and GWB lied about them.. rewriting of history at its worst.
