In the list of all the disgraceful things Bill Clinton's ever aw-shucksed over, this would have to be near the top. Although many, including his own wife, consider the port deal dangerous to U.S. national security, Bill has not only advised the U.A.E. on how to get it approved, he's also accepted $1.6 million dollars from the U.A.E.

What office do you think Clinton held between 2002 and 2005?
A former President holds an office of public trust and service for the rest of his life and should not represent the interests of any foreign government nor accept payments (for personal gain or otherwise) to influence policy. It would be a different matter if the current President were to send him as an emissary - as has been done with other former Presidents including President Clinton. This is a conflict of interest and wholly corrupt. But it is business as usual for Bill Clinton who continually proves that he is corrupt and amoral.
Did we really think the former President of the United States had ever read the Constitution?
