Carnival of the Vanities #153

This is my second time hosting Carnival of the Vanities; I last hosted COTV #116 in December, and once again, I really enjoyed putting it together.

I'm going to try a variation on a layout originated for last week's COTV at Willisms. In this variation, my personal favorite posts will be marked with a big blue bullet.
