Yet another large terrorist attack against civilians, planned by Muslims, has been thwarted, this time in Denmark. And yet again, there is no loud outcry from Muslim leaders, no demonstration, no march, no vigil, saying that such killings in the name of Islam are against Islam. Why? Because the Islamic leadership doesn't believe that such killings are in fact against Islam.
An Islamic leader close to those arrested said as much:
Abu Bashar, an imam in the Vollsmose neighbourhood who knows several of the suspects personally, said the arrests did not come as a surprise, and that he felt the alleged terrorist attacks were linked to Denmark's participation in the war in Iraq.
This imam is showing that killings of civilians in the name of Islam, for political purposes, are fine with him, and aren't even surprising.
Look, we should all just save ourselves a lot of trouble. Western nations should identify Muslim leaders and teachers who teach things that are against our way of life, such as to kill those who aren't Muslim, or to replace our way of life with Sharia law. And we should expel them. They can go on with their lives elsewhere. Nobody has to die or even be locked up. And the thousands of Westerners that these people are trying to kill, get to go on with their lives too. It's the easiest way for everybody.

#2If it was just "saying", that might be one thing. But the followers of radical Islam aren't just talking - they are actively killing and planning to kill.
So to answer your question, in the case of teaching that people should kill Westerners and overthrow the government in favor of government by Sharia law, yes.
