Obama should have a sign on his desk that says, "The Buck Bounces Here." Or "No Bucks Allowed." He should have a machine labelled "Buck-Repelling Forcefield." His new logo should be of him running away from the buck.
All the guy does is blame other people. He's famous for it.

Obama couldn't fix the economy he inherited from Bush. So how can anybody to expect him to fix the economy now that it's so much worse?
When Obama blames other people he's admitting that they have more power to control things than he does. The crybaby on the playground can't get away with that, and Obama shouldn't either.
