Yes and believe me I am NOT happy about it. If this is what it means to have a Republican Congress, I honestly no longer believe the Republicans deserve to control Congress.

It makes me sick to think I ever supported these clowns. Maybe a clobbering in November will teach them a lesson, and they'll earn my support in time for 2008. I sure hope so.
