LA County police have a new device that can scan license plates looking for stolen cars. The very first night four of these devices scanned 12,000 cars, found seven stolen ones, and enabled three arrests.
Here’s the funny part. Police rolled up outside a parole office. Right away two parolees drove up to see their parole officer—- in a stolen car!
