Syria is saying that the deployment of international troops along the Syria-Lebanon border -- for the purposes of preventing Syria from continuing to supply Hezbollah with weapons, against the wishes of the Lebanese government -- would be a hostile act. It sounds like like Syria is saying that if the U.N. takes steps to protect Lebanon from Syria's de facto takeover attempt via Hezbollah, Syria won't like it.
