    This Has Got to Be Opposed:  Parties Using the Courts to Attack Political Opponents

    The Dems are seeking to use the courts to go after the GOP. I opposed this when the GOP did the same thing to Clinton, and I oppose it in this case as well. If we want to have a country, we can't permit elected officials to attack each other through the courts. I provide more detail on my views on this subject in this previous post.
