"We're really blessed in this country to have the Judeo-Christian tradition of wanting to love each other and help each other have better lives and to enjoy life and be good to each other. As opposed to the tradition of some Islamofascist localities where they do the reverse - sending their own children off to be blown up."

WHAT'S GOING ON INSIDE THE MOSQUES? One piece of evidence that U.S. mosques are centers of terrorist and jihadist sympathy and activity, is that they won't let us in. Anybody can go into any church and listen, but you can't go into a mosque. What are they hiding?

You can't go inside a Mormon temple either, and people (of the 1880s thru 1940s and beyond) thought that that meant something subversive must be going on. They were wrong, of course.

I mention this just to point out that there may be other reasons that just the implied one. It may be considered by worshipers to be too sacred to be profaned by a non-believer; or it may be certain ceremonies are considered too sacred to be viewed by others. Or it may be that subversive activities/teacher are going on. You just can't tell from that evidence alone.

    Be open minded.

Todd, don't be so naive. The Saudis have sponsored over 12,000 mosques that have and will be created within the United States. These mosques are based on the stipulations that only Saudi or Wahhabi trained Immams and clerics head them. Hmmmm... Saudi Arabi and extremism? Nah, that doesn't go together. I would suggest reading the book, Terrorist Hunter, which is a book about a woman who goes under cover to reveal what's going in the Muslim world in the US. The results will shock and amaze your open-mindedness. After that, I would suggest going to Palestinian Media Watch. Oh and, The Middle East Media Research Institute, and MEMRI TV. Then, you might see what's really going on. Just remember to be open minded.

Todd, Read the Koran and compare the two ideologies. They both profess peace and harmony but only one of them says this can be achieved after all infidels are either converted or killed.

    Apathy is a cancer.

Thanks to all for these great comments. I'm quoting them in an article that will go up Monday morning.

Yes me, inside a Mormon temple in 1968. I'm Catholic and was invited by people who knew it.

I am deeply suspicious about these mosques. I comfort myself with the hope that our Homeland Security/FBI people are keeping close tabs on them and that's why they're allowed to remain open. But I worry when I see things like a mail truck leaving a madrassa on a Sunday (which I did -- although it might have been nothing), and all I can do is write "hypothetical" posts like this.
